Faced with the regular increase in the size of multihulls, certain malcontents will talk of gigantism, arrogance or unreality with respect to the reception capacity of harbours and marinas. The development of the custom and semi-custom sectors does not exempt builders from the attention they should be giving to small boats and the essential creativity in this area, but it would be ungracious of us to show no interest in the success of these big catamarans!
