First comes the flybridge with helm station: until now, this configuration started with the Samana 59, while the smaller FP models made do with a twin helm/maneuvering station offset to starboard. Then there are the solid foredeck and forward door. No more trampolines! The FP55 thus aims to satisfy both the charter and Owner markets, with the emphasis placed more on comfort than performance. Inside, the builder offers numerous layout options - we were able to discover the Maestro version with five cabins. Finally, it is worth noting the substantial power of the optional ODSea+ propulsion system, equivalent to the 80 hp engines fitted to hull #1, which we tested.
